I had a question about my order and someone from the staff did eventually reply, but it took longer than I was expecting. They were friendly once they answered, so that was fine, but the wait kind of made me wonder how much attention they’re really putting into the orders. The pizza was okay, nothing wrong exactly, but it didn’t really stand out either. Overall, not a bad experience, just not one that made me feel super confident about the service or quality

I do like zpizza. Most of the time the veggies taste really fresh, which is why I keep ordering. But last time, not so much. The tomatoes were kind of soft, and the basil looked a little tired. Still decent overall. Just not as fresh as I was expecting.

I’d heard people say the staff at my local zpizza were really nice, so I guess I was already expecting it, but they proved it right away. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, were super chill while I was deciding, and even helped me pick a pizza without making me feel rushed. The food was good too, but the friendly service is what I kept noticing and what made me leave in a good mood

I like zpizza because the menu has Way more on it than I expected. They’ve got different kinds of pizzas, crust choices, salads, and even lighter stuff for when you’re not trying to eat something too heavy. My family all likes totally different things, so it makes ordering a Lot easier. Not every pizza place gives you that many choices, so I’m happy with it.

Still, it wasn’t a big problem since they were clearly busy and the pizza arrived warm. I’d order again, just probably not when I’m already really hungry

I tried placing a pickup order on zpizza.com and it was kind of a pain. The site kept freezing right when I got to the payment part, which was super annoying. I refreshed a couple times and it finally went thru, but then I never got a clear confirmation email, so I was just kinda guessing it worked.
When I got to the store, they did have my order, so that was good at least. But the pizza was missing one of the toppings I picked online. The pizza itself tasted fine, nothing bad, but the whole ordering process was way more hassle than it needed to be tbh

The pizza showed up still hot and tasted really good. it’s nice when a place takes care in getting your food to you the way it should be, feels like they actually respect their customers

I stopped by zpizza i don’t think I’m being too picky here, the place just didn’t feel very comfortable to sit in. The vibe was kind of cold and way too quiet, like everyone was just waiting to leave. The tables were fine, so it’s not like anything was really wrong, but the lighting felt harsh and it didn’t have that relaxed feel I’d want if I was planning to stay awhile. It’s okay for grabbing something quick, but I wouldn’t choose it as a spot to hang out.

That said, the selection was just okay and could definitely be more thoughtful. It’s a decent start, but I’d love to see them put a little more effort into it.
